Pastor James L. Radcliff
Pastor James L. Radcliff was born in Valhalla, N.Y. and completed his high school education in New Rochelle and Mt. Vernon, N.Y. he is the fifth child out of seven children born to Jesse and Mary Harris Radcliff! He began his music career at the age of 7 by taking piano lessons. As a young teenager, Pastor Radcliff sang with a gospel group known as; "The Berry Singers" from New Rochelle, N.Y. the group sang at various programs in the New York Metropolitan area. Pastor Radcliff's musical career spams over six decades. He served as minister of music for many years at Rehoboth Church of Christ in Mt. Vernon under the Pastorate of Apostle Curtis Brown Sr. While embracing his music ministry, he attended Christ Bible Institute in Harlem, N.Y., and took home study courses from Trinity College of the Bible in Newburgh, Indiana.
He went later to assist his father, the late Overseer Jesse James Radcliff who was pastor of New Hope Holiness Church of God in Mt. Vernon N.Y.
Pastor Radcliff continued with his music ministry and later heeded the call to the Ministry of God's word in 1974.
James Radcliff was ordained in October 1975 at Kimberly Park Holiness Church of God, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC and in 1978 became pastor of New Hope Holiness Church, where he remained until 1994.
Through much fasting and prayer in December 1994 Pastor Radcliff and First Lady Radcliff were led of the Lord to relocate to Cary, N.C.
In 1998 Pastor James Radcliff & First Lady Maxine joined Fountain of Living Waters Church in Raleigh, N.C. where he served as an Associate Minister, as well as Minister of Music.
Pastor Radcliff is well known for his music ministry, in 1998 he joined Fountain of Living Water Church in Raleigh, NC where he served as an associate minister and as minister of music.
March 2004 James Radcliff was installed as the Pastor of Victorious Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministries, Inc. which is now named Victorious Apostolic Ministries, Inc. He currently serves as Pastor and is accompanied by his wife first Lady Maxine Radcliff. He took early retirement form the IBM Corporation in 1993 after being employed with the company for 27 years.
After working for 11 years at Phyamerica, in 2006 Pastor Radcliff fully retired from the corporate work force.
He has been married to Maxine Comer Radcliff for 63 years, they have 3 adult children, Karen, Shelley and Gregory, one daughter in-law, Kendra, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 granddaughter in-law Stacey.
Pastor Radcliff and his wife currently live in Youngsville, N.C.
